The Renovation project for a Block of 7 classrooms at St. Francis Primary School, Maryland, Lagos which commenced on 17th of November 2020 was completed on 15th of February 2021 and handed over to Special Committee on Rehabilitation of Public Schools (SCRPS) on 25th of February 2021
Scope of Work:
This report captures the scope of work, construction task, and completion update.

Removal of existing damaged roof covering.

Removal of all roof carcassing.

Removal of all asbestos ceiling.

Hack off existing floor screed and cart away.

Make good defective block wall and concrete work.

Remove partitioning to classrooms.

Remove existing windows and doors.

Construction of reinforced concrete columns to replace existing round hollow pipe.

Construction of reinforced concrete beam to support roof trusses.

Construction of internal and external walls.

Installation of new roof trusses (timber carcassing}.

Installation of new long-span aluminum cladding/covering.

Fabrication and installation of aluminum windows.

Fabrication and installation of steel burglar-proof.

Fabrication and installation of steel doors.

Supply and installation of white marker board and notice board.
